  • Links to on-line searchable O & A (There are several databases with this information, so this link is to the list on the SCA Heralds' site. Try them in the order listed.) The Ordinary and Armorial is a listing of all items registered with the SCA College of Arms, and is useful in checking new submissions for conflicts.

  • Future meeting dates for the Kingdom College of Heralds: May 16, June 20, July 18, Aug 15, Sept 12, Oct 3, Nov 21, and Dec 19.
  • The meetings are held at the home of Su of the Silver Horn, Crescent Principal Herald. Please for location and directions.

    An emailed summary of the submissions are required before midnight on the Thursday before the meeting and should include:
    Legal name and address including city, state and zip
    SCA name being submitted or as registered
    Phone number and email address of the submitter
    A summary of what is being submitted including brief name documentation and sources
    How the submission is being paid for - cash or check/money order number and amount

    Submissions summaries can be filled out here.

    The house opens at 9:30 a.m. with the meeting starting at 11:00 a.m. The time before the meeting is used for completing the administrative paperwork associated with submissions. We will take a break about 1:00 p.m. for a potluck lunch so please bring something to share. A limited supply of beverages will be provided.

    Any drinks you bring to the meeting should be in sealable containers such as sports bottles but not beverage cups from restaurants.

    There are two cats - the older orange cat will hide from everyone, but the younger black tabby will try to play with you. Neither of these animals is to be allowed outside.

    Please be prepared.

  • The "Transfer to Another SCA Account Form," used for branches to pay for submissions, is included in the Report Form Packet available on the SCA web site (PDF, 327Kb). A rough HTML version of the fund transfer form is also available.
